Nancy A. Black, LICSW, is an educational consultant with a background of over twenty-five years in independent clinical social
work practice. Nancy has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of school, family, and treatment settings.
As the founder of SUCCEED Educational Consulting, LLC, she offers expert and extensive clinical experience, and a strong
background in collaborating and working with schools for over twenty years. She has consulted with public and private schools and has been a strong advocate for students within her practice.
SUCCEED Educational Consulting, LLC, responds to both the educational needs of the individual student, and to the emotional and social issues within the family.
Nancy's professional memberships include the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS), the Learning Disabilities Association (LDA), and the Asperger's Association of New England (AANE).
Over the last two decades, Nancy has volunteered in numerous local programs for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, has served on a steering committee for a local community mental health association, and has reached out to welcome and assist numerous international students from several continents who have come to the United States to study.
